The Center for Precision Genomics is one of several centers at the  UCSD School of Health. The center focuses on understanding human disease through genomic research. The  logo references the molecular structure of the DNA nucleotides ATGC as well as specific regions within the genome called CpG sites. The geometric forms are stylized to depict human–like forms resembling a family. The blue gradient points to the range of scientific research fields within the center and to its collaborative nature.
